Pol Roger Non-Vintage Brut is an impeccably dry, elegant, classic Champagne of Epernay made of 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Pol Roger is one of the few luxury Champagne firms which is still family-owned, and it was established in Epernay in 1849. Robert Parker who calls Pol Roger his favorite N.V. Serve as an aperitif, or with fresh seafood, especially oysters or pan-seared scallops, caviar spread or Sushi and sashimi. We also enjoy good Champagne with all things fried, like Calamari (but hold the red sauce!). Fried shrimp are a perfect companion.

Offering up aromas of pear, peach and freshly baked bread, the new release of Pol Roger's NV Brut Reserve is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with a generous core of fruit, lively acids and a saline finish, complemented by an elegant pinpoint mousse. It's a demonstrative, expressive Brut Reserve that will pick up additional complexity with more age on cork.
