The 'Queen of Almonds', Marconas are rounder, sweeter and softer than California almonds. In Spain it is traditional to lightly fry them in olive oil for a crispy touch, Marconas are amazing to serve with wine and cheese, especially albarino whites and rioja reds and with Manchego cheese.
