At Widow Jane, they have revived the lost art of marrying the finest whiskeys, by hand assembling the richest and rarest straight bourbons, only ever in 5 barrel batches, non-chill filtered and proofed with their own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York, delivering a whiskey unique in its intensity and complexity. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. Tastes of orange, maple, cherry and almond. A finish of charred oak and spice.
