Wölffer Estate Spring In A Bottle Rosé

This lovely alcohol-free, low calorie, dry rosé sparkling wine was created by the folks at Wölffer on Long Island. Known for their beautiful rosé wines, especially 'Summer in a Bottle', this new addition named Spring in a Bottle is perfect to celebrate with expectant moms, friends and family who do not drink alcohol or for folks who like to drink, but sometimes not drink! A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Saint Laurent and Dornfelder - all organically grown - this is made of grapes from  Rheinhessen in Germany. The color is beautiful bright light pink. The aroma is pure and filled of fresh hay and fine baked apple, hints of kumquat and of a rose in full bloom. The mouthfeel is vibrant and refreshing, balanced with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach and nice citrus notes. There is a wonderful acidity and good minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from start to the long satisfying and cleansing finish.
