Francis Ford Coppola Prosecco Rosé 2021

Coppola's award-winning wines are crafted uniquely for every wine occasion, highlighted by the popular Diamond Collection, sparkling Sofia wines, and Francis Coppola Reserve wines. This lovely new addition to the Coppola portfolio is a D.O.C. Prosecco Rosé, crafted in Italy from grapes grown in the northeastern Veneto region, between the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomite Mountains. It is made of mostly the local Glera grape blended with Pinot Noir. Aromas of citrus blossoms and strawberry lead to more flavors of strawberry and citrus along with red cherry, mint and rose petals. Fresh and mouthwatering, this will be especially wonderful with smoked salmon, garlic shrimp, fresh cheeses, charcuterie and pâté.
