Primitive Beer Humble Forestry Colorado Spruce Tips Gin Barrel Aged

This is Primitive Beer's first Field and Oak collaboration with their friends at Kane brewery in New Jersey. A unique Lambic-style beer in a 750 ml size made of two-year mature spontaneous beers, rested on Colorado foraged spruce tips in freshly emptied gin barrels. Conditioning gracefully in the bottle since October 2021, the result is a spritzy celebration of the forest. It has huge coniferous aromatics with flavor notes of citrus, pine tar, and holiday spruce and spices.
