Domaine Sylvain Cathiard Bourgogne Rouge 2022

The 2022 Bourgogne Rouge, augmented by a parcel in Nuits Saint-Georges from the 2019 vintage, has a pure and enticing floral bouquet with lively crushed strawberry and red cherry scents. The medium-bodied palate is and has good substance. It is quite weighty in the mouth, with a healthy dash of white pepper on the finish. This should age nicely in the bottle.
